After contacting them about this issue, The Seller acted IMMEDIATELY to resolve this issue. You couldn't of asked for a faster response. I would definitely recommend this seller. The original description stated "new in box", however, when the seller saw that it was no longer in it's original box as shown, he immediately contacted me to let me know this, and to ask if I still wanted to purchase the item. This is an honest, conscientious, seller who was willing to refund my money if I no longer wanted the item. But I did, and when I received it, it was packed very well in another box and came without being damaged. It was perfect.

This particular item didn't come as the listed black which I didn't care about but it came without one of the two fans that it is supposed to have. The seller was awesome and provided me with compensation for the fan and was quick to reply.
