  I purchased the item and the seller realized the listing never got deleted after they had donated the item. They were very kind. They messaged me about the situation and instantly refunded me.   Ironic_iconics communicated easily. Unfortunately I am not very experienced. I didn't think to specify or request a high quality packing and shipping method. The hood and oven top were shipped separately from the oven and arrived in good shape as described. The oven itself was damaged. Gelfoam, saran wrap and box remnants aren't supportive enough. The poor oven took a beating. The seller did offer to send another item in apology. I'm trying to repair the bent rails and sidewalks of the oven.

  I used two layers of 2 inch memory foam, half a roll of industrial shipping film and double wall corrugated fiberboard shipping boxes not Saran wrap and box remnants lol regardless it didn't matter what I used, nothing could have stood up to the force required to bend structural steel in multiple spots, like it was, the fault lies with UPS.I offered resolution(and still do) but was not given the chance before feedback was submitted, I feel that a feedback revision is warranted in this case, ty!
