  Arrived ahead of time Package was in great shape price of item was a deal There was only one thing that happened and I contacted her and she made up for it, 2 of the wrenches were missing so we negotiated a partial refund, I do not believe this was the sellers fault at all, So before getting mad I messaged her and we worked it out, Excellent Service Fast response time! Buy from this seller knowing she backs what she sells! Thank you seller thank you ebay!

  Item was not as described. Did not work. Seller did not package, shipped in the retail box. Had it worked, it would have been a good value. Seller attempted to offer a $50 refund for an item that didn’t work and wouldn’t initiate the refund process or message back after a case was opened. I should have know the risk buying from a seller with less than 99% positive feedback.

  Not sure why the neutral feedback. Buyer was permitted to return the item and received a 100% refund. Upon inspection of item when returned, the camera flash worked perfectly fine (as it should since it was brand new in box). It was user error by the buyer. I always work with my buyers to ensure all transactions go smoothly and that they get the products they expect.

  item was as described, Shipping was done immediately on the same day, and got the tracking number. had a bit of a snag from usps end, the package was marked delivered but it wasnt, raised "Missing Mail Search Request" luckily got it delivered 2 day after will buy again from this seller!
