When a return was requested, the Seller authorized the return but would not send/authorize a return shipping label. This creates a loophole that I’m sure the seller knows about in which I had to contact e-bay customer service directly (because as far as the e-bay return policy is concerned, I have not sent it back yet). All in all a large waste of time, all caused by the seller not listing correctly, then not following policies.
