Thank you again for the great packing because the box took a great hit ( box end was forced inward about one and a half inches ) that did not damage the cookies tin. Cookies are a gift to my wife and a graduating neighbor. Great customer service and communication. I am a new customer who highly recommends the seller.

Unfortunately, the shipping service did not ring our doorbell or knock on the door to let us know the item had arrived. This is a perishable item and it sat outside in the Arizona summer heat. Is there a way to notify the shipping service that they need to do better?
