  This is a solid seller. There was an unintentional error with the description on the listing. When the seller was made aware, he reached out with an apology and a generous offer to rectify it. Additionally, he did so without request even though he wasn't obliged to. I'm glad to know there are people still out there who are concerned about their integrity. Well done.   All indications point to a Smith Brand Regulator. It has not been used so the description is accurate. The shipping was very quick. It was well packed and since it is a Smith Brand it is was a good value. Great seller!
