  Had no issues with the delivery. Arrived sooner than the estimated delivery time. I received the item in a very well packaged box. You can tell it was handled with great care especially since the item is sensitive. The description states that it is tested and works and by all means it was truthful. Although I didn’t communicate with the seller, from this purchase I can confirm that the item I purchased is fully functional and was very easy to replace the disc drive in my original Xbox.

  The original Xbox shell arrived in very good condition and looks like the pictures. The shell appears to be 100% authentic Microsoft and not some cheap knockoff brand as the seller wrote. It now is part of a working setup and I have no complaints. The shell was packaged safely and shipped out quickly. Overall, a positive experience—highly recommend this seller!
