  The picture in the listing is not representative. The image is of a 3d rendering and not the actual product. The actual product is poorly made with strings hanging off and poor adhesion between layers. I easily broke it with my hands prior to installation just by handling it. I contacted the seller prior to writing this review and no effort was made to make an explanation, attempt a fix or anything. All I got were arguments, blame, and attitude. Worst ebay seller I have ever dealt with.

  This buyer bought this item and gave it a good review. Then he bought 4 more after that! I contacted him to make sure it wasn't an accidental purchase. He said that's its "common wear component that needs replaced regularly". This customer is buying them and breaking them from misuse and trying to blame the seller to get them for free. Complete scammer! I contacted eBay to report him, and they stated that he bought multiples and even bought this item from other sellers.eBay is investigating.

  Item was exactly as described, answered all questions quickly. Need a moderately expensive tool to install rivets is the only negative but the seller was great.
