My only disappointment is in the INCREDIBLE lack of packaging material the seller put in the box. Basically, it was the NAS inside the cheapest box the USPS offers, and a small amount of bubble wrap, mostly stuck on just one side. This is AFTER I expressed my concern about shipping the drives while they were still installed. I guess only time will tell if that takes any toll on the life of them or not.
