  Quality is good it was in a new box and never used I felt the value was good for the price offered. It appeared to have not been used and in new condition. Seller had great communication and notified me that the one they had was defective one and asked I waited a bit so he make it right and send me a new working unit vs sending me a known defective one. Would recommend seller based on honestly and fulfilling the order.

  Seller stated there is a 4 day handling time I didn't see that after reading the description multiple times. After this conversation I waited a week for the item to ship. The seller neglected to ship the item out in the allotted time. They were quick to acknowledge their mistake and the item arrived about a week later. Not the best experience, seller came through in the end. B+ ebay experience. Item arrived as described.
