I opened the shaver head to verify, and this also was coated in someone else’s beard stubble. I’ve now wasted a week because I was given a clearly used product and told it was new and never used. I contacted the seller and their response was “sorry, returns are easy enough”. Would not purchase from again or recommend to anyone.

Seller said they would cancel the order and or refund if I wasn’t happy but I took my chances and I wasted a hundred bucks. No pics of the hair and stubble before discarding it. I’d still give good feedback though because seller did try.

We were wrong because upon searching the package more thoroughly we saw that the trimmer was included. This seller offered us a full refund or offered to do whatever he could to make sure we were taken care of. You wouldn t see that with very many sellers. I notified him and apologized for out mistake.
