Resolved instantly, she sent me the correct coffee maker so fast, I hadn't even returned the wrong coffee maker yet. She was so gracious, and so apologetically humble regarding her mistake that she told me to keep the other coffee maker which I don't want to do. Such a lovely, honest, earthy, friendly human being. And there aren't many of those around anymore. Amazing.
