  impressed with the very quick shipping and delivery. it was inportant since this was for a down water heater. i didnt contact these folks just ordered the part and let it happen. i think i got a notice that it was ready in an hour or 2 to ship. and got it in 1 or 2 days. good luck keeping this kind of service ya'll

  We try to ship the same day and even on Saturdays!!!! Nobody wants to have cold showers after a long day of work!!!!

  Absolutely excellent. Shipping was slow, but that’s the post office fault, not the seller. The seller shipped very quickly. Package was great! These were exactly as advertised and were perfect for what I needed! And perfect cost. Thank you so much! 100% satisfied. Not one complaint.

  Great seller! Both before and after purchase the communication was top notch! The seller responded very quickly providing guidance how to fix my problem, step by step. He responded back to back non-stop on a Sunday afternoon. I have never experienced such service! Strongly recommended.

  What was great about the purchase was the seller! I couldn’t ask for better service! He called me and helped diagnose my problem then shipped a replacement part and when the post office delayed shipment was willing to drive 3 hrs to bring the part! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Highly recommend this seller!!!!
