  Product exactly as described. It was packaged okay (plastic envelope, no padding -- it could have had some tissue/gift paper wrapped around the shoes); it got here in one piece. They were a better price than brand new wicked good slippers, so I'll take that. My go to store for indoor outdoor slippers - Stage - went out of business, so to eBay I came. Worked out.

  I absolutely love these ankle boots. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly. They arrived earlier than expected and undamaged. The seller packaged the boots well. They looked just like the pictures posted. No problem with the seller and would buy from them again.
