It just tells me that they DO NOT care about their customers. As an author whose works are still sold on ebay and Amazon, a member of the Local Teamsters 773, & employee of Nestle Purina, I can assure you that this slight will NOT go unheard amongst the MANY people with whom I interact each day. Next time, MAYBE they will respond.
