Versatile and lightweight touch screen computer
Great product. I like the design, and the keyboard feels good. As a student, I use a Microsoft pen to take digital notes, which has been a great way to keep my notes organized. SInce I already have a Windows based computer, this was a better fit for me than the iPad, and the Microsoft pen is much better than the Apple pen. Battery life is decent, so I don't need to carry a charging cord around with me.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a great pc. This is the second Surface Pro I have had and this is a definite step up. My last one was a Surface 3 and I was very happy with it, this is a Surface 7. It is very quick on start up, responds well with the type cove or without and the display is bright. I would recommend this pc to everyone for great computing.

Nice Microsoft Pro X
This laptop meets all my criteria for business. I have LTE service so that I can go lots of places to do my work. I like that it is lightweight. It is easy to use and it is working great. I have not had any issues with it. The size works for me too.

Super portable, powerful.
as with all previous surface models that I've had: 3 Pro, 5, 6. Tablet like battery life has never been achieved. I'm pretty sure its a Windows issue and not a problem with the hardware itself. But other than that, I love it still.

Pros: Excellent screen quality and touch functionality, love the built-in kickstand and the feel and responsiveness of the keyboard. Cons: Not too many complaints, maybe more usable screen space within the total screen size and more usb ports.

MS Surface Pro 7 better and faster than old MS Surface Pro 4
Like my MS Surface Pro4, but faster. It has a better keyboard. Downloads, file transfers, and programs all run faster. Facial recognition is now lightning fast compared to the old Surface Pro4. This is a good product.

Just Right
This is small anough to tuck into my purse, large enough to see and work with. Can be used as a touch drawing tablet, has enough RAM and storage for good work and it is sturdy.

Excellent product
Great size, great power, great value at it's current refurb pricing. The surface three is bigger and lighter which is nice as well but this is a solid machine.

Very poor keyboard!!!!!! Worst I've ever used!
It is a nice size laptop for all practical purposes but the biggest con is the keyboard. It is probably the worst keyboard I've ever used ... and at 62 years old I have used plenty. The keys themselves are fine but it's difficult to know how much pleasure to apply to actually activate the key(s). I type approximately 65 words per minute on my logitech keyboard in contrast to about 25 words per minute on your self attaching keyboard. Sure it could just be me ... however, it is my pc/laptop and it makes typing a chore when it should be a pleasure. Even as I type this I'm having to backspace every other word to get keys to type the letters I'm depressing. This is unacceptable... however I made the ill advised purchase so now I must deal with it .... My only hope is this post helps others to make a better educated choice than I did. Having never had a bad keyboard this is not a problem I expected. This is a sorry and useless aspect of this laptop. As for other issues I wish I had purchased a laptop with an Ethernet input ... I have to eat this one because I did not view a multitude of reviews before making this purchase ... so shame on me. But this is something I seriously wish was available . However, this is my mistake. For the most part this is a very capable pc ... the keyboard is the weakest link and it's a very poor link. Enough said!

hard reboot twice
The looks of the device is very good and the startup of the surface pro has been good. But recently, I have had two occasions now that I had to do a hard reboot (pressing power and + volume button) to start the device.

questionable battery
Bought this on Oct 15. Only use for around 12 hrs in two months, then the battery stops working. The device can only be used with the charger on. Totally useless device.
