I did not recieve the product I purchased. Seller stated a previous buyer made a switch and returned, and they didn't check before reselling. Lesson learned. They did let me keep it and offered a full refund. Disappointed i didn't get what I wanted, but I can't be mad at how they resolved.

Item took 2 weeks to arrive. Much longer than the 3-4 days products usually take to arrive at my door. Not sure if it was a carrier error but when I was checking on shipping updates, it showed there was a tag issued but the item wasn’t picked up from the seller until 6-18. The box was torn, opened and the product was removed from the box then reboxed and sold as new. I thought NEW meant new, never opened or removed from the box.

Crooked deal. Sold as “open box” but used battery of half the size inside the box! Wast of my time. Returned the item and the seller has the same battery relisted before sending me my refund!!! Refunded me after the last day eBay allows! Never offered an apology or an explanation as to how it happened. So here you go.
