They did let me keep it and offered a full refund. Disappointed i didn't get what I wanted, but I can't be mad at how they resolved.

Not sure if it was a carrier error but when I was checking on shipping updates, it showed there was a tag issued but the item wasn’t picked up from the seller until 6-18. The box was torn, opened and the product was removed from the box then reboxed and sold as new. I thought NEW meant new, never opened or removed from the box.
