Buyer beware! Never received item and seller stated that the listing was an error and will have to cancel my order even though it is still listed on Ebay. Never responded to several emails and hasn't credited my account for the payment that was sent. I also contacted Generac direct and they stated they don't sell direct to the public. The seller is using their contact information. This is a scam and I will be filing a dispute with Ebay and Paypal to get my money back.

Seller sent wrong part (spark plug)in kit. After repeated communication, no resolve. Seller told me to call customer service. After talking to 3 Generac departments no one was able to help me with parts bought on Ebay Generac. They kept referring me back to deal with Ebay. My suggestion is do not use Ebay to buy Generac parts- order directly though Generac. Very frustrating experience!

Quick shipping, though, it did ship less than fifty miles from my house. In that length of travel the generator came with the paint marred from a broken silica packet and a really flimsy cardboard shipping box. The unit is almost 100 lbs. Overall, the unit looks solid. Maybe the logistics side could be more careful.
