Never responded to several emails and hasn't credited my account for the payment that was sent. I also contacted Generac direct and they stated they don't sell direct to the public. The seller is using their contact information. This is a scam and I will be filing a dispute with Ebay and Paypal to get my money back.

After talking to 3 Generac departments no one was able to help me with parts bought on Ebay Generac. They kept referring me back to deal with Ebay. My suggestion is do not use Ebay to buy Generac parts- order directly though Generac. Very frustrating experience!
