First let me say this is a good company. FAST SHIPPING and ARRIVED EARLY. The case looks much better than the photo. I am very pleased with this product and I will recommend it to my friends looking for a pool cue case. NOTE: Some of the reviews left by other buyers were pretty harsh. I was given the wrong tracking #, that box was shipped to an address in the same town I live. FedX would not give me any info regarding it other than it had been delivered. I then receive 1/2 the order with a different tracking # But still was missing 1/2 my order. Contacted seller, they did reship and I received the 2nd box 4 days later. Still I don't think I would do business with them again after I read over some of their reviews. This had happened to others also. However the Item was OK
