  The price, manufacturer and the fact this is an item that I was in need of, are what had my attention. But it is the ending service that I appreciated. The initial order never arrived.   First let me say this is a good company. FAST SHIPPING and ARRIVED EARLY. The case looks much better than the photo. I am very pleased with this product and I will recommend it to my friends looking for a pool cue case. NOTE: Some of the reviews left by other buyers were pretty harsh. This was a perfect transaction for me. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. Great product ,great pricing, fast shipping and NO problem with commination. I received updates on my orders processing, shipping and tracking number.

  I never received this item. There was some kind of mix up at at the warehouse or something but this seller was very professional and issued me a refund very quickly and I appreciate that and I would recommend anyone to buy from this seller. Things happen in life and it’s no big deal.
