Even though FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and then claimed it my address did not match the package that they delivered even though the tracking number was in my name and my address. I contacted the seller and they sent me another tool within two days of my request. I would very definitely deal with this seller again. In fact they have gone on my favorites list.

The item was as described. The item was purchased by this 3rd-party from Amazon and shipped to me. I paid an additional $11 for the item based upon IF I had checked Amazon and purchased it directly from them it would have been $11 cheaper. In addition a fake FedEx package tracking number showed the item was shipped and delivered, however to a “wrong” address. The whole transaction was suspicious. I will not be purchasing any more merchandise from this seller.

Not happy, could not find this oil locally so purchased from this seller. Tracking stated it was delivered and when i got home nothing was there. Looked at tracking it was sent to a whole different city than whats stated in my info. Contacted seller and eventually refunded and stated it wasnt in stock and lost in mail. So which is it ? lost in mail or not in stock ? looking at their feedback now, it seems to be an ongoing issue with this seller sending things to whole other towns and cities.
