  Great price, great product, super fast shipping. The delivery person marked it was delivered and I have contacted the seller that i didn’t receive the package,and I have explained it to them what has happened, they really help me out and solve the problem. excellent customer service, very kind and very helpful, I will come back and do business again with this company. I highly recommend this company and will do business again.

  Even though FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and then claimed it my address did not match the package that they delivered even though the tracking number was in my name and my address. I contacted the seller and they sent me another tool within two days of my request. I would very definitely deal with this seller again. In fact they have gone on my favorites list.

  The item was as described. The item was purchased by this 3rd-party from Amazon and shipped to me. I paid an additional $11 for the item based upon IF I had checked Amazon and purchased it directly from them it would have been $11 cheaper. In addition a fake FedEx package tracking number showed the item was shipped and delivered, however to a “wrong” address. The whole transaction was suspicious. I will not be purchasing any more merchandise from this seller.

  What can I say bad about this seller ? Nothing at all . The products are good stuff . And the customer service is beyond expectations . With no due problems on the sellers end what so ever . But yet by FedEx and how they go about delivery is nothing but third rate service along with their answering service . Once I contacted the seller she was on it . She had our purchase almost the next dang day on our door step in time for my girlfriend birthday . Thank you Kimberly

  The package was delivered to the wrong address. The zip code was wrong so someone botched that. Kimberly was fast to respond and oddly, the package (or a replacement) arrived with an Amazon label, not eBay. But I have it a second day after reporting the issue. of

  Well, we were OK until FedEx (or USPS?) delivered my package to the wrong address and couldn't track it down. But this seller responded and sent another, so I'm quite pleased. Not every seller is so diligent in providing good customer service. Thanks!
