I have never had a seller take such amazing care when shipping a product. This seller was wonderful, I have bought shampoo & conditioner sets before and none have shown up like this before. Some have had missing tops or broken caps do to the packaging or shipping issues. There was no way that would have or could have happened in this box. This seller took time and care when packing my items. This is why I’m giving them 5 stars ⭐️ they did amazing and I will buy from them again.

My husband absolutely loves using this product. The condition is always new. The shipping time is very decent. It gets here pretty quickly. I remember one time the bottle actually leaked inside the box and the seller fixed it by sending me a new one the cap had broke during shipping. The set came intact, but the box was ripped open on the side. The inner packing and toughness of the bottles saved them. Maybe some packing tape around the box a few times helps to keep it all together well. It had good padding on the inside

The product itself is great and I love this shampoo and conditioner. The communication has been tough. I bought this over a month ago, they didn’t package it well and the caps broke. I reached out instantly and they said they’d send a new top. They never did. I reached out again, they said they’d send it. It’s now been almost 2 months and still nothing. I reached out trying to work something out but no response. I love the product but would not buy from this seller again.
