  I have never had a seller take such amazing care when shipping a product. This seller was wonderful, I have bought shampoo & conditioner sets before and none have shown up like this before. Some have had missing tops or broken caps do to the packaging or shipping issues. There was no way that would have or could have happened in this box. This seller took time and care when packing my items. This is why I’m giving them 5 stars ⭐️ they did amazing and I will buy from them again.

  We have been using this product for years and love it. The seller was prompt in responding and shipping. The shipping package was great. Very neatly put into the box with no movement. Also, included in the box were two USPS shipping envelopes which is very thoughtful. We give this Ebayer a 5 star rating. Thank you.

  The item arrived just as described. I am not a fan of sellers creating a shipping label right away and sending tracking and not dropping the item off for a week but overall positive experience and would purchase again.

  I want to acknowledge this seller, as I purchased my favorite AMIKA and it arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and was refunded right away. I greatly appreciate when a seller does the right thing to take care of their customers. It does not go unnoticed. Thank you very much!

  Firstly I did the mistake of not updating my address and seller had already dropped it off at the post office. They were kind enough to go back and cancel the order because of my mistake! I can’t thank you enough for fixing something I overlooked! The quality is perfect, the condition is perfect, the value was the best I found and it all looks great! Thank you again for the best service I have ever got on eBay!
