I wound up purchasing the wrong item which is an accessory that did not fit my older waterpik. I contacted seller to return the item and they wound up refunding the cost of the item and told me not to return it. I imagine that the cost to ship the item back outweighed the amount of the item itself. But nevertheless the seller responded quickly and was friendly and more than willing to resolve the issue to my satisfaction even though the error was mine and not theirs. Highly recommend.

SELLER TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INACCURATE LISTING. Seller sent me a 16 oz cup instead of a 22 oz cup, so I asked for a replacement. I was offered a partial(!) refund. I requested a full refund. They kept asking me prove this was the wrong item. I sent a pic with a ruler beside it — every other listing for a 22 oz mug says 6.6 inches. They told me my measurements (<6 in) match their listing. Yes, it’s 120mm like it says but that is NOT 22 OZ. That’s on them, not me. Terrible customer service.

Horrible experience. I purchased 20 bee honeycomb suncatchers at $10-$11 a piece. Spent over $200 and every single one of them arrived broken.
