Package moved around the states a couple times before usps received the package arriving, and it arrived on the last day of the expected window.

We complain to post office all the time about getting mail, packages not ours. But still it continues on a weekly basis. It wasn't the sellers fault. They responded quickly. Sent me another item. The first one never did arrive.

It would be good to have more detail in the description of the item, such as weight, since it is hard to return if shipping to USA. I would buy from this seller again.

Shipping was an adventure for the package which traveled east coast to west coast before coming back east. Presumably this is an uncommon event. Seller did provide reassurance during the lengthy wait for the product to arrive (27 days). Irrespective, I would likely order here again based on the quality of the product and the seller responses to my queries.
