I ordered the army field jacket for my 9 year old son to wear deer hunting. I was very disappointed at first because the zipper was torn up and was stuck up towards the neck. I was upset because it was clear that this would have been a known issue but was not listed in the item description. The seller refunded me the total price of the jacket and the shipping. We were able to keep the jacket. I was very pleased with how the whole situation was resolved. I'll purchase from this seller again.

I bought several items from the seller and the shipping remained the same. The shipping would not bundle so I paid $45 in shipping for $60 worth of items. I have contacted the seller twice with no results. Before I purchased the items I put “bids” on two items and explained the shipping issue in both bids. The seller accepted both almost instantly thus perpetuating the shipping charges. Additionally, one of the shirts was described as XL and it’s at least a XXXL.
