I was very disappointed at first because the zipper was torn up and was stuck up towards the neck. I was upset because it was clear that this would have been a known issue but was not listed in the item description. The seller refunded me the total price of the jacket and the shipping. We were able to keep the jacket. I was very pleased with how the whole situation was resolved. I'll purchase from this seller again.
