Item was shipped promptly, as described, package had protection on the top but not on the bottom, corner of the inverter was bent in and the blue colored connection cover was not in the box. I have not installed it yet but it appears to be ok.

I purchased this part listed as “New,” but the seller sent me a clearly used item. I attempted to contact the seller through eBay and provided photos along with a message, but I did not receive any response. As a result, I initiated a return through eBay to request a refund, since the part I received was in worse condition than the one I intended to replace. This delayed the fixing of my tractor refrigerator by 2-3 weeks. Not a pleasant experience.

The Microwave arrived damaged. This is not the fault of the seller. What is an issue is the complete lack of customer service. The seller dragged their feet every inch of the way during the return process. There was ZERO communication. I have read through their feedback and this seems to be a common tread. I would not do business with these folks again.

Speedy delivery. Well protected packaging. works fine. It would be helpful if seller would post the cabinet hole dimentions necessary to fit this unit. The overall sizes seem to include the face plate which does not go into the hole. Recommended seller and product.
