  Item was shipped promptly, as described, package had protection on the top but not on the bottom, corner of the inverter was bent in and the blue colored connection cover was not in the box. I have not installed it yet but it appears to be ok.

  item arrived quickly in pretty good condition, well packaged and seem to fire up easily(time will tell), I feel like I am missing a part(exhaust tube and cap) contacted seller with this question and they didn't give me the courtesy of a reply, disappointed

  I purchased this part listed as “New,” but the seller sent me a clearly used item. I attempted to contact the seller through eBay and provided photos along with a message, but I did not receive any response. As a result, I initiated a return through eBay to request a refund, since the part I received was in worse condition than the one I intended to replace. This delayed the fixing of my tractor refrigerator by 2-3 weeks. Not a pleasant experience.
