Its not how a seller does business when everything goes as expected that should impress you. Its how they react when things go wrong. I am pleased with the item i received but more so with how they handled the issue of the item being delivered to the wrong address. This was 100% the shipping companies fault but this seller had another on the way within minutes of notification from me that there was a problem. Marking this seller and saving as i will do business with them again.

After asking me if the damage affected the use of it ,the seller made two attempts to refund a fraction of what I paid instead of a full refund.
