  Customer service was great! Item got delivered to wrong town! They immediately reshipped replacement out an was delivered to the correct address!! Great item! Was as described & for a great price!

  Its not how a seller does business when everything goes as expected that should impress you. Its how they react when things go wrong. I am pleased with the item i received but more so with how they handled the issue of the item being delivered to the wrong address. This was 100% the shipping companies fault but this seller had another on the way within minutes of notification from me that there was a problem. Marking this seller and saving as i will do business with them again.

  Seller is excellent-and I received my item within 3 days of ordering! Unbelievable for eBay! Fastest I have ever received! Item is perfect and intact packaging!

  Fair price, quick delivery -verified by picture of package on thee porch - and the next day it had been taken! Contacted seller and was willing to work with me for another of same. Awesome !

  Package was lost in transit. I notified the seller when Fedex said it was delivered somewhere but not to me. The seller refunded the money paid within 12hrs. Very happy with seller's quick response. I wish it had worked out for both of us.

  Arrived safely & within projected time frame, but MUCH better communication EARLIER about when the item was being shipped would have been appreciated. As it was, I attempted (declined by seller) to cancel the order because there was no information posted regarding shipping/tracking until the day prior to delivery. This did not meet my expectations for purchasing from Ebay sellers.
