I received the the software i a timely manner. However, I had a problem with Activation. I sent a message to the seller that evening and the next day he responded. The issue was quickly fixed over the telephone and by text. I would highly recommend this seller! It seems it's common to have a a problem or two with activating the license for this package as I did, but that's really not a problem as Ikenna of TecFlick is incredibly responsive to calls, is very friendly, and will work with you until any and all issues are resolved, in my case very quickly.
