The issue was quickly fixed over the telephone and by text. I would highly recommend this seller! He cares, he is knowledgeable, takes responsibility for his product and resolves the issue immediately. I will definitely seek him out with my next software needs!

Sent a message to the seller (in the middle of the night I should add) The seller got in touch with me early the following morning and spent the better part of 45 minutes working with me to get the issue resolved which it now is.
