the best fuel filter you can put on your outboard

I have used other brands with mixed success. This one seals well, and blocks any water flow to your outboard.. I tried using the similar Moeller filter housing, the housing was PLASTIC,,,would never seal well ,always had problems priming to the motor. Attwood brand had a different problem....RUST ! The the pipe thread for the filter on the attwood housing was plain steel ,any water in the fuel would cause it to rust,,and thus put rust into your motor...the Racor thread is BRASS..no rust. The drain on this one also is a better design and seals well,no drips... Don't waste your money on the other brands....This is the Best.

Definitely a good buy. At the marine store they are up to 100 dollars more expensive. Great fit for any boat with outboards.

Polished fuel

Water in fuel . Made a portable filter and pump system to filter fu.el off of battery power when boat in dock. Works well.
