HOT Stuff and speedy shipping makes a difference
The heat from this one is great. The Model 55 is the way to go if you need serious heat fast to the muscles. Others, I'm not sure if it's the 155 etc, that have a different internal covering that makes the heat less intense...the wife has one that she complains doesn't get hot enough, but this one...gets hot, fast and in a hurry. Been without one for several months after the switch broke, so I'm glad I was able to get one at a decent price...even with paying for faster shipping. Excellent Moist Heating Pad for all ages

Great product - Professional Quality.
This pad is great for chronic pain sufferers. It gets really hot and that gets the heat in down deep where it is needed. The pad is large enough to cover a large area. An example is across your entire upper back and across the neck area all at the same time. Get the one with the hand-held "trigger," as it will be released if you fall asleep, eliminating the possibility of burns. This is my third one in a 20-year period. The first one lasted for years. The second one lasted for about three years. When they go out, the problem lies with the circuit board in the thermostat. My physical therapist recommended a large heat pad. A review of existing products led me to choose the THERMOPHORE. It is well built and large enough to cover all back muscles to speed relief. Best moist heat pad
Best heating pad on the market. Gets moisture from the air so produces moist heat. Has a safety switch to prevent user from causing skin burn. Available in many sizes although I prefer the large size. price have not changed over the past 50 years. Best heat pad ever made. Bought first one in Battle Creek as lived there. It broke (wires in handle) and they fixed for 20 bucks. Paid 75 dollars and lasted for years. This heating pad was purchase for my mother as an xmas gift. I bought it although I thought the price was a bit high at first. Once she explained that the one it was replacing was 25 years old I realized the unmatched value of this specific item. My mother uses these heating pads on a regular basis on her back. The last one just failed after 25 years of service to her. This is unheard of in the would of consumer products. Stuff just isn't made to last these days. Manufacturers are only worried about sale. Preferable Body Length
Absolutely what I needed for raindrop massage therapy. Pad covers most of the body that needs heat following hands-on therapy. This the the Absolute Best for deep heat!
If moist heat is what you need.... THIS IS IT ! I had to replace my 14 year old pad, and did so happily. You just can't beat this type of therapy.
