An economical choice of function and price. Ideal for the aspiring trumpet player, it works well for an advancing trumpet player and may be used by a professional. Compact stand with height adjustable spring cushioned bell cup. Stand features a fixed height of 16 1/2" and a base spread of 12". Mic stand style hub and tripod base. Folds to a compact size for travel and storage. Fits in most gig bags and back packs. Spring cushioned bell cup protects against dings and scratches. Adjustable bell cup location. Durable black powder coated finish.
Great stand. I much prefer this style of stand to the smaller less sturdy ones. Stand is made very well and is a great value. The hardest part about practicing is getting the instrument out of the case and having it out in the open will greatly increase your practice time
Very decent stand for the price. I use a sock on it to prevent scratches to the bell of my $5000 trumpet. I got mine on sale for $6.99 + $3.50 shipping. For the usual 13 or 14 dollars they could include a sock, instead of charging four bucks for one. Spring loaded and adjustable.
The best stand I ever had. It's adjustable in every way, height, spring tension. It's portable, and light enough to hold my trumpet in a sturdy stance.
Was looking for a compact stand for the horn. A mellophone bugle has a larger bell than a trumpet. If you adjust the bell shaped piece all the way down, it works well. If left up high, the horn seems a little teeter-y. I like it.
I purchased 2 stands. One for me and the other for a young trumpet player friend. I was first impressed with how fast they arrived and then the quality. Thank you.
