Why doesn't the upper section lock in any position?
Pros - light and compact, good battery life, can use with AC power, bright. Cons - upper telescoping section only locks in the fully raised position. This is a major flaw in my opinion. It would also be nice if the AC power connection charged the battery, but it doesn't.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新
