Great Introductory Set For Women
I do wish to emphasize that I am very pleased with this product - but, be advised, the handles do seem a bit small/narrow, which was a huge bonus for me - but I can see where this might be a disappointment to others. I was specifically looking for a beginners set with a door anchor so that I could really focus on strengthening my back. Again, I am pretty small framed and starting with lighter resistance and it seems to be holding up well, but I wouldn't want my 230# son hammering out 150# reps against my door frame with it. I do, incidentally, love that you can attach multiple bands to customize higher resistance. I have high hopes of working up to this through these. I also enjoy the travel friendly carry case. My only complaint is that I wish the "quick reference" exercise card was...more. It's so small I can't make out the form for most of the exercises (diagram pics only). I'm still having to stop and consult the internet for recommendations/videos, which is disruptive - but am confident that I will get a solid regiment down soon enough. Excellent addition to workout
The bands and accessories are all very good products which have been a perfect addition to my workout routine. I am 78 years-old, even though I work out on a regular basis with weight machines, I have begun to notice some change in my muscle mass. The workout coordinator at our gym recommended the use of workout bands as an addition to my regimen. The bands are just what I may have needed and they appear to be of very good quality. One comment is that the travel bag provided is of questionable quality. It is made of some fairly flimsy netting and began showing wear very soon after I began using the bands. Thin Bands
Purchased these bands a few weeks ago. Found them to be thin requiring to use three bands at the same time to increase the resistance. Clasps on the ends are small, making it hard to attach. There was no instruction for helping you get started with an exercise routine. For the money it's OK. These might work OK for a small light weight person who does not want to push themselves a little. I have another set I picked up at Wall Mart for $15.00 and it was far superior, only requiring 1 band to get the same resistance. I work out every day, so I need something that will last. A gym in a bag
When younger, I was a serious bodybuilder. Had loads of equipment and weights in my own personal gym. Now, 73 years old and living in a small home, I had stopped lifting anything more than a cup of coffee. I shrank! But worse than that, I've lost strength and balance. You can perform most all the lifting exercises without having to go to the gym, or fill your home with equipment. The entire system fits in a bag the size of half a loaf of bread. You don't need a spotter to lift. Neve worry about dropping an iron plate. All the bands and handles are easy to use. You get a good workout. Set your weight by simply hooking up with the band of choice, and go! And if you feel fatigued, you just relax and never worry a thing. The handles are padded. The door attachment to use for different movements is sound and reliable. Easy stuff. And as I said, it all fits in a small bag. Lots of resistance in a few bands
Its always what i wanted, i tried getting this product sometime back and was out of stock, now that i have finally gotten to own it and make a total transformation of my body. i have already started enjoying my daily workouts. Great for an Old Guy
I have been using resistance bands from my physical therapy place for a number of years - the kind that just tied together to form a loop. They were wearing out and I purchased these. What a difference! And I really like the handles - much better than just a band loop. I also like the length of the bands. They are long enough to allow the proper extension at a uniform resistance. Stretch band set with carry bags and wrist grips
Resistance bands, wrist grips and easy to carry bags make it convenient to anywhere you go when you want to train. Only knock is resistance bands wear down easily if you train regularly. A couple of bands snapped on me after a few months of consistent use. Good value though. Resistance Bands
As a senior citizen, exercising can be difficult because of physical limitations. I purchased these bands to keep my muscles limber and that's what they do. Great set for the price!
For the price, these are great. If you're looking to start with bands and figure out how they work, this is a good set at a good price. So far nothing has broken on me and I get decent resistance for chest, biceps, triceps. I hooked all bands to my door and did chest, and so far nothing broke, although I am still waiting to get whipped in the back by a broken band at some point (I hope not). But like I said, if you are looking for lighter weight training, these are great and should not break on you. After I am done, I just hook them on the door knob and they don't take a lot of space. Great for kids too to keep them busy as long as they don't wack themselves in the face.
