Stretch band set with carry bags and wrist grips
Resistance bands, wrist grips and easy to carry bags make it convenient to anywhere you go when you want to train. Only knock is resistance bands wear down easily if you train regularly. A couple of bands snapped on me after a few months of consistent use. Good value though. If you are a health enthusiast, I would recommend getting something more durable but if you are an occasional health nut, this set is right up your alley.

Dog liver supplement that tastes great and really works
My dog's liver numbers were high when he went to the vet. He started taking zesty paws and at his next visit, his numbers were considerably better. He enjoys the flavor and since they come in a 90 count jar, only buying them every 3 months is great for our pet budget.
