Product was new and full and VERY fast shipping .....but packaging arrived with a big hole in the bottom, big enough for bottle to fall through and was missing the cap, which maybe fell out during shipping. Best hair product!
If I had to have only one hair product, this would be it. It keeps the frizz away, holds my style, conditions, makes it feel fantastic, and protects from heat. This is the best conditioner I’ve ever found and used. I won’t use anything else. It makes your hair esp curly hair so soft and easy to comb through . It cuts drying time in half and it’s light weight not heavy or greasy. Your hair will shine and feel so good. It’s a little pricey. Love the product.
This hair conditioner is the best I have tried. I highly recommend it. The only thing I would mark down is the container. Best Product Ever!!
