If you are looking for a quality VM26 carb make sure you purchase the Mikuni 8074 model, NOT the 606 model.

Mikuni makes 2 different VM26 carbs. This one, the VM26-606 and the VM26-8074. The 606 is considered the ‘short bodied model,’ and is not made to the quality that you would expect from Mikuni. This model would be at home on a 50cc pit bike and jetting options are quite limited. The 8074 model, on the other hand, is the Mikuni you expect. Top quality, full size, and standard jets so full tuning options.

Very reasonably priced, easily installed, look great, and by all reports work great.
I could not decide if I should use the traditional wipers or a set of fork boots on the 1979 Suzuki RM125 I am restoring. Then I saw these Seal Savers advertised and the price was way below either of the other options. I purchased a set and installed them and they look awesome. A perfect compromise between fork boots and the old time wipers. Quality appears very good and they are easily installed. I have not had the bike out on the track yet (mostly because I have not rebuilt the engine yet), but these sleeves have a reputation of working very well at keeping dirt away from the seals.). I purchased the sewn ones (as opposed to the zipper models) and yes, you do need to remove the fork leg to install. One thing to note, which I missed, is that the Seal Saver insignia is not centered on the sleeves top to bottom. Depending on which way you install the sleeve the writing will be either centered, or partially covered by the zip tie. Speaking of the zip ties, they appear to be heavy duty and will lie flat when installed. But I broke them both trying to tighten them. When you install them remember to fold back an inch on the downward side of the sleeve so that you can easily fold the sleeve over the lower fork leg.
