  Seller sent conditioner instead of the shampoo I ordered, and I was able to contact seller, and they made good on the transaction, by sending the correct item. I just want to add here that I wish other sellers were honest as this seller. People make mistakes and we are all humans. Vanessa Fuller

  The positive is, I received a refund. I never received my purchased item. After I purchased my item, the status was updated to Shipped with a tracking number of standard shipping . When I requested tracking, I was provided with a number that was actually a Walmart delivery to a totally different person and address. I had to call the shipping company, FedEx, to obtain this information. The seller provided a refund for my non-delivered package, so I am leaving a positive rating.
