Have texted seller a couple of times and twice he responded he will investigate, but no response after that. Tracking shows not received by shipper. Very disappointed with this seller. will wait a few days more and see what happens but so far, very bad service and no product shipped.

The plastic that it was shippied in was torn and has holes at some edges due to handling. When I opened the package, the item is not as described and not the same as what is posted in the listing. The item looks fake and the labelling is off.
