  The product was as advertised and actually arrived ahead of expected delivery. The seller provided a follow up message to ensure my satisfaction, a great customer centric initiative which I appreciated. Much deserved a five star rating in each category and definitely recommend their services to others.

  A tracking number was not available until after the original arrival date posted. Then after receiving a tracking number that showed and a label had been printed but sellers had still not shipped it. For 4 days it showed package had not left sellers and still waiting to be shipped. Finally a week after it was to arrive. The product itself I have used many times and love it. I will not order from this seller again though. The hassle isn't worth saving a buck.
