I messaged them asking to lower it since that was obviously an extreme overcharge and they replied with a refusal and outrageously stated they charged another buyer for 15 shipping fees from 15 auctions. I messaged back trying to reason with them but no further response was given and they simply cancelled order and relisted all at higher prices.
