  Well packed & shipped. Actually arrived a day earlier than the estimate window. Battery photo in listing is identical to my original, blue with Alcatel logo. Batteries I received are black with TCL logo. The model numbers on both are printed identical. There are TCL branded phones identical to my Alcatel Flip 4. I would guess they are the same company, with different vending. At any rate, a good overall transaction, but seller should update the photo.

  Resolved Issue - Package Arrived, Shipping Addressed While the initial mix-up was disheartening, I appreciate the seller s efforts to resolve the situation. They took responsibility for their mistake, provided a replacement, and made sure it reached me in a timely manner. I understand that errors can happen, and it is how they are handled that truly matters. The seller demonstrated professionalism in addressing the issue and made the necessary improvements.

  When I was looking for a specific charge cord for an old phone I saw this listing thumbnail that eBay has a different picture shown. So when item arrived not what I thought, it was a bummer and irrationally felt cheated. I understand everything can’t always be perfect and appreciate the seller reaching out for refund without me requesting. Thank you

  After communicating with the seller, I have decided to revise my feedback. While I am still disappointed that my purchase was cancelled, I do understand that the item was being sold in multiple avenues. It was sold in one of these other avenues when I purchased it. The seller immediately refunded me and explained the issue. My prior review was done while I was upset over the item not being available.   Vendor was very helpful...the product received had a manufacturer s internal defect but that does not reflect on the vendor who had answered questions prior to my purchase and acted very professionally regarding the return..
