The packaging was flimsy in the original box, and the box had a couple of holes, but luckily no visible damage to the boots. The boots seem new as described. Some scratches around the boot latches make me think this was a floor sample model.

The initial description in the subject and title was correct, new , in original packaging, but the detail description below was not. It said it was used, some scuffs and it was lightly used by someone's daughter for 3 seasons and that she out grew it. I did not notice this until after I placed the order, but everything turn out ok in the end.
